Gregory Ryczkowski

Greg Ryczkowski leads the construction operations. He built his first business venture, a 2,000 sq. ft. wrestling sports club, at the age of 21. He had just finished at Civil Engineering Technical School and was continuing his education at the Academy of Physical Education in Warsaw, Poland. Due to the political situation in 1986, he was forced to leave Poland for the U.S. via Paris. He arrived in the U.S. with nothing and started as a Masonry contractor setting tile and stone while taking English and business classes in accounting, law, and taxation. Two years later, he bought his first house in Hayward and opened his stone fabrication business, Marble and Stone Works. He had numerous successes in selling two stone companies and a Polish restaurant. During this period, Greg moved to Palo Alto to buy his first rental property and to start his general contracting company. From 2004 to 2007, he worked as a Mortgage Broker at Bankers Preferred to better understand real estate financing. His goal has always been to educate himself to be a sophisticated real estate investor and builder to best serve his partners, clients and investors.
